TeamMiller, created by Lance Miller in 2007 is located in Central New Jersey.  Growing to ten teams, TeamMiller seeks to serve the entire community by enhancing the development of basic fundamental basketball skills to elite skills of its members. Their program includes instilling the work ethic and skills necessary to obtain and benefit from higher education. After coming off of a successful AAU season TeamMiller is ready to make an impact on the GNBA.  The 2015’s won the BlueChip Showcase in July this past season, and while in Chicago won their pool in the Nike Tournament. The accomplishments didn’t stop there, the 2016’s won the Platinum bracket at the Black Diamond, while the 2018’s are reining New Jersey State Champions!

The TeamMiller Program:

The impressive class of 2016 includes: Amaya Rankins a 6 ft forward who is strong and has great inside moves. Sam Widmann an ultimate warrior with skills, Allie Warren who has great size and athletic ability, and Erica Abitante point guard with all the right tools. The 2017 standouts are Monique Davis-Campbell, Nyasia Thomas, Denia Campbell, and Melody VanNess. Together these girls form a hardworking group that is looking forward to a future of basketball.

 

As far as the class of 2018 we have: Laniya Miller, Alexis Adams, Nicole Johnson and Camille Gray. 2019 prospects are: Diamond Miller and Shaniya Myers. Girls that are constantly in the gym whether it is training or playing pick up. All being possible division one prospects that can handle themselves in the classroom.

 

The Future of TeamMiller

The Future of TeamMiller looks bright! Lance feels they have touched their potential as a program. They won their first showcase championship this past year as well as the New Jersey State Tournament. With better trainers, coaches and players he believes the sky is the limit for their program. TeamMiller 7th grade took 2nd in the state last year. With training and clinics for young players TeamMiller will continue to add talent to their program.
